Refund policy
1. Cancelling the order before dispatch. Customer has the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting Ballroom Competition Dress by e-mail. Full refund will be issued upon such cancellation.
2. Returns & Refunds. If the item is not worn or damaged and all labels are intact, Customer has the right to return an item within 14 days from receipt of the goods according to the following procedure:
2.1. Customer notifies Ballroom Competition Dress by e-mail of their intention to return the order stating the reason for return (needed to improve services and product quality).
2.2. Ballroom Competition Dress issues a returns number,
2.3. Upon receiving the returns number, the Customer should:
-pack the item into a box and a plastic bag so that the item is not damaged in transit,
-put the invoice into the box and keep a copy of it for future references,
-send the item to Ballroom Competition Dress to the address indicated on the invoice,
-provide Ballroom Competition Dress with a postage tracking number,
2.4. Customer bears the costs of returning the item,
2.5. Upon receiving the item in unused undamaged condition with all labels intact, Ballroom Competition Dress issues the refund excluding any Postage & Packing costs.
